Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional customer service and assist German & Polish -speaking customers with inquiries, provide detailed information, and offer support on our range of car spare parts.
Help customers navigate their questions, troubleshoot issues, and guide them in selecting the perfect components for their vehicles.
Maintain and update customer records in our system, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., sales, technical support, logistics) to resolve customer issues efficiently.
Provide feedback from customers to help improve products and services.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, company products, and services to provide informed support.

Requirements



Fluent in Polish, German and English (spoken and written).
Availability to work 24/7 to ensure continuous support.
Previous experience in a high-level support role within the automotive industry is preferred.
Strong problem-solving abillities and excellent communication skills.
Familiarity with CRM tools or willingness to learn.
