You will connect with customers, provide exceptional service, and ensure a seamless experience with our products. Responsibilities:Engage with customers via phone and email, offering prompt and helpful assistance.Facilitate the ordering and shipping process, ensuring customers receive their devices and test/demo kits efficiently.Process orders based on doctor's prescriptions, ensuring accuracy and compliance.Resolve inquiries regarding payment transactions with professionalism and clarity.Provide support for ordering devices (excluding the active ingredient) and offer advice on their use.
Requirements Fluent in both German and English, with excellent spoken and written level.Passionate about helping others and delivering exceptional customer service.Able to manage orders and prescriptions accurately and efficiently.Skilled at resolving issues and providing clear, effective solutions.Understand the needs of patients with diabetes and are committed to making a positive impact on their lives.
