Define the standards and become a pioneer together with around 9000 associates worldwide. - You are the first point of contact for customers and responsible for handling incoming inquiries. - Answering a wide range of general and specific service and technical questions is part of your duties, as well as advising customers on the existing product portfolio. This includes, for example, providing information on technical recalls, available wheel/tire combinations, and vehicle model availability. - You identify customer inquiries and forward them to the relevant specialist team in customer service.
