Hey there, future superstar!   Are you passionate about delivering top-notch customer experiences? Do you have a flair for training and a knack for quality assurance? If you're nodding your head, we want YOU on our team! We're seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic German Consumer Engagement Advisor to join our remote team in Portugal. What you'll do: Develop and implement standard training methodologies. Conduct training sessions for new employees and service staff to ensure quality procedures. Utilize the Learning Management System for training development and record accuracy. Maintain and monitor training materials to meet quality standards. Implement and oversee audit controls for HR Operations, ensuring QA feedback integration. Assist with Voice of Customer (VoC) surveys. Maintain quality documentation within the department. Participate in projects to enhance competency-based training and Development Sciences. Collaborate with stakeholders to address and improve training compliance and processes. 
Requirements
Native/fluent German (mandatory) + Fluent French (mandatory). Knowledge in English. Previous knowledge on Consumer Handling. Experienced in leading, training and coaching teams.
