Start Date: 21st October 2024 Compensation: 1,100 EURper month (x14) + Sales Bonus up to 120EUR Key Responsibilities: As a Customer Service Representative for this prestigious cruise line project, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service and support across a range of customer needs:
Handling inbound calls: Assist customers in booking their cruise packages, providing them with tailored recommendations to meet their travel preferences.Cross-selling and upselling: Identify opportunities to promote additional products and services, enhancing the overall customer experience.Post-booking support: Manage post-booking inquiries and assist customers with modifications to their reservations.Travel agent support: Provide guidance and support to travel agents handling cruise bookings for their clients.Cruise-related information: Serve as a knowledgeable resource for customers regarding destinations, ships, required documentation, pricing, and general travel inquiries. You will be expected to provide professional, solution-oriented customer support while also focusing on maximizing sales opportunities.
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday: 08:00 - 18:00Saturday and Sunday: 08:00 - 17:00Occasional extended hours: Availability from 08:00 - 19:00 may be required occasionallyDays off: Rotative schedule with 2 days off per week Comprehensive Training: You will undergo an in-depth training and onboarding process designed to equip you with the knowledge and skills required to excel in your role:
2-week initial training: Focused on cruise products, systems, and customer service best practices.2-week nesting period: Hands-on practice with live customer interactions under the guidance of experienced team members.
