Understand and remain up to date with client's policies and guidelines. Support with Account and Settings. Policy, Safety and Copyright management. Skills you have: Native German speaking level. Excellent command of English. Multi-tasking ability. A high stress resistance. Good communication skills, both verbal and oral. Proactive attitude and strong team spirit. Strongly organized and able to manage time and tasks efficiently.
