Tasks: Handling all incoming customer requests by phone, email, and chat, following service standards and procedures to provide excellent quality service to customers.Managing pending situations such as exchanges, complaints, returns, and other issues.Registering all client-indicated requests/changes in the system.Requisitos:Profile: Native level of written and verbal communication skills in German.Level B2 in English.Previous experience in Customer Service is valued.Good computer and internet skills.Excellent communication skills with empathy, team spirit, and customer orientation.Flexibility and resilience.Condições:We offer: Employment contract.Hybrid Model.Health Insurance.Initial and continuous training.Prospects for career advancement.Excellent multicultural work environment.Location: Ferreiros - Braga
