Qualifications Fluency in German and English B2 Customer service experience with excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to provide efficient solutions, multi-task, and work under pressure in a dynamic, fast-paced, and changing environment Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to analyze, diagnose and resolve customer issues in a timely manner Demonstrated ability to be a team player, adaptable, and flexible Prior experience using CRM software and other support tools is a plus Offer: Competitive salary and remuneration system (incl.
