Key Responsibilities: Review and moderate content posted on the platform, ensuring it complies with community guidelines and policies.Evaluate and remove offensive, harmful, or inappropriate material from the platform.Flag and report content that violates legal requirements or company standards.Ensure user interactions and content align with platform regulations, promoting a safe online environment.Handle content review requests promptly, maintaining high standards of accuracy and efficiency.Collaborate with team members to enhance the moderation process and contribute to a positive team environment.Provide feedback on processes to improve content moderation strategies. Requirements: Language Skills: Native-level fluency in German and B2 level proficiency in English.Strong attention to detail and the ability to make quick decisions based on platform policies.Previous experience in content moderation or a similar role is an advantage but not required.Ability to handle sensitive material with discretion and professionalism.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
