The job
As a customer support agent, you will be interacting with the respective gyms and clients on the phone or via email and chat. Some of your daily tasks include:

Handling calls and emails from customers regarding payment issues, service issues, cancellations, and other product-related inquiries
Identifying the issues of clients, handling complaints, providing solutions and alternatives, guiding customers within the time limits
Using guides and protocols provided during the training to ensure customer satisfaction
Communicating with customers in a friendly and professional manner

Your qualifications
You speak and write German at a native level and you are fluent in English (B2).
Experience in customer care is an advantage, but not a must.
You have a good understanding and level of computer handling skills, including experience with Microsoft Office.
Excellent problem-solving skills with the capability of research and identification of the right information.
You are professional and thorough.
