As a Customer Support you will: Handle mainly back office fraud prevention tasks be assigned online shopping orders that fall within the scope of questionable reliability Make outbound calls as needed to gather additional information from customers, and respond exclusively to callback requests Assess various data sets and conduct an inquiry to determine whether to approve or cancel an order Spot and document any unusual activities, uncover patterns and flagging emerging issues Competitive salary and compensation system from 1206€gross /month (calculation for 40 hours/week) : 1034€ gross x 12 month – base salary 172€ / Month – Christmas bonus + holiday bonus 7 € / day (c.a. 154€ /Month) – Meal allowance paid via the food card that can be used in supermarkets, cafeterias and restaurants Extra paid night shifts & weekends (according to the Portuguese law) What else do we offer?
