German Customer Support Agent

For this particular position, we are working with a well-established Customer Support company to find a German Contact Agent. This position is full-time and will be based in Portugal.
Your Responsibilities:
Acting as the first point of contact for customers
Responding to customer enquiries via telephone, email, and chat
Managing concerns and complaints accordingly
Providing technical support for PC-related issues
Key Skills:
Ability to empathize with others
Friendly manner
Job Requirements:
Right to work in Portugal
Native level of written and verbal communication skills in German
Good understanding of English (B1 Level)
Minimum education - High School Diploma
Previous experience in a customer-focused role
