Provide stellar assistance, handle queries about products, overcome technical challenges, and keep our customer satisfaction soaring.
Key Responsibilities: Manage customer inquiries with empathy and efficiency via phone, email, and live chat.
Offer guidance on orders, payments, refunds, account management, and other e-commerce activities.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to software and hardware use.
Maintain data integrity in the customer relationship management systems.
Be adaptable to changes and actively participate in team brainstorming for continuous improvement.
Your Skill Set Includes: Excellent command of German and good proficiency in English.
Prior experience in customer support is desirable, but a strong willingness to learn is essential.
Ability to work flexible shifts, providing coverage when customers need you most, even on some holidays.
Proactive and collaborative mindset to ensure the best outcomes for customers and the company.
