Tasks: You will oversee customers and resolve issues and questions so that everyone is happy and satisfied at the end of the day. You will primarily work in customer service, with both companies (B2C) and customers (B2B) being your clients and you dealing with both. You work in customer support with various problem-solving methods and techniques that help the customer to solve problems and questions and at the same time make them satisfied. What are we looking for? Round 1 year of experience in sales (telemarketing, etc). You are passionate about helping people and learning more about the industry. You think logically and are a good problem solver. You are patient and approach and overcome challenges with a smile.
