We are looking for someone to help us grow in Portugal, in a team of commercial assistants for a prestigious client in the healthcare sector.Role Description:Outbound contact with potential clients in the healthcare sector;Provide a detailed description of the surgical process steps (initial consultation, pre-operative exams, surgery day,pos-operative care);Address questions regarding surgical techniques, anesthesia, recovery time, and potencial complications.
Requirements Computer literacy;Formal and polished language;Motivation, dynamism, and proactivity;Previous experience in a call center (mandatory);Native or near native level German (mandatory);Knowledge of English (C1/C2).
Offer Base Salary + Meal allowancePerfomance BonusWorking ContractHybrid regime Work schedule between 10 am and 7 pm, Monday to Saturday;
