The job The main purpose of the role is to thoroughly go through reports regarding website content. It is a very detail-oriented role, where stress resistance and concentration are of very high importance. Your daily work will include tasks like these: Review user reports regarding website content Objectively evaluate and classify the content Daily content compliance monitoring and corrective measures application Make well-balanced decisions and help resolve inquiries to defined policies and procedures Propose solutions to improve the support of user community Review sensitive content, sometimes involving graphic or disturbing subject matter. Your qualifications You speak and write German at a native level and you are fluent in English (B2). Experience is not mandatory. You need excellent organisational and time management skills, as well as an analytical mindset with strong attention to detail. Preferably with a legal background or travel industry. You have a good understanding and level of computer handling skills. Quick learner and adaptable to learn new processes, concepts, and skills.
