German Collections Representative - Hybrid

?? We are looking for a German Collections Representative !

? Stratify collection activities to maximize cash receipts
? Contact customers regarding overdue accounts and determine reasons for non payment
? Issue payment commitment letters
?Coordinate customer credit changes
?Maintain accurate records about the customer payment status KEY SKILLS:
?? German Fluent + English B2
?? Customer Service experience
?? Good written and verbal communication skills OFFER:
?Direct contract with the client
?Base salary: 1400€
?Meal Allowance + Health Insurance
?Monday - Friday (9am to 6pm)
