German Cash Collection Clerk - Lisbon

Adecco Human Resources is currently searching and hiring, through it's Shared Service Center Recruitment team, German and English speaking candidates for the role of German Cash Collection in Oeiras. If you want to be part of na international company this is your opportunity! Key Areas of Responsibility:-Stratify collection activities to maximize cash receipts;-Contact customers regarding overdue accounts and determine reasons for non payment;-Issue payment commitment letters;-Issue credit hold notifications;-Coordinate customer credit changes;-Process small claims court complaints;-Maintain accurate records about the customer payment status.
Requirements
Key skills:-Minimum of completed High School;-Collections experience (preferable); -Good written and verbal communication skills;-High language skills: German native or C2, English B2;-Excellent customer service skills.
