We are looking for reinforcements in the form of German-speaking employees for our remote team in northern Portugal.We are looking for you to support our customers!
As a Customer Support, you will:
Assist clients via inbound calls, chat, or e-mail in the after-sales process by answering inquiries regarding the reservations and attending potential requests.
Maintain solid customer relationships by handling their inquiries and concerns.
Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaints.
Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
Competitive salary and remuneration system (incl. meal allowance):
1010€ gross x 14 months (it's 1178€ gross x 12 months!) - base salary
up to 140€ gross performance bonus (x12 months)
20€ transport bonus / month (permanent monthly supplement)
7,23€ NET/day meal voucher - given as a pre-paid card
Total average yearly salary: 14756€ - 16436€
