Key Responsibilities: Oversee and coordinate all operational activities to ensure seamless performance and efficiency. Manage local production operations and oversee the dispatch of products from Africa to France and Europe. Develop and implement strategic plans for the Operations Department in alignment with the company's global objectives. Monitor and optimize key performance indicators (KPIs) related to: Quality Purchasing Financial performance Create and implement action plans to address any deviations in KPI performance. Ensure strict adherence to health and safety regulations within the team and operations. Collaborate closely with headquarters to align local strategies with global goals.
