Your new role:
As the General Manager, you will play a crucial role in leading and managing the company. Your main responsibilities will include:
Market Diversification: Identifying and exploring new market opportunities, both nationally and internationally, to expand the company's presence.
Increasing Activity Levels: Implementing effective strategies to optimise production, improve operational efficiency, and enhance competitiveness.
Long-Term Sustainability: Developing and implementing policies and practices that ensure the company's sustainability and continuous growth, aligned with the multinational's global objectives. What you need to succeed:
To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate should have at least 10 years of experience in leadership positions within the industrial sector, with a track record of successful business management and development alongside with an university degree in Engineering, Management, or a related field (an MBA will be valued). You must also have solid leadership skills, strategic vision and fluency in English.
