Performs due diligence to comply with internal regulations and policies, while providing approvals for client requests.KYS (Know your Supplier)The KYS team monitors all the activities connected to contractual remediation.Sanctions & EmbargoesEnsures all customer transaction orders and operations are complying with international rules, such as Anti-Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing regulations.Market SurveillanceResponsible for the surveillance framework and detection systems improvement, having an important role in supervising several activities.Reporting FactoryCreating, producing, monitoring, controlling and analyzing reports and KPI's for the Compliance department. Also responsible for designing internal trainings and ensuring their completion.Global Financing OperationsThe GFO team manages all financial back office activities. Performs the loans administration tasks and manages the associated refinancing of the financing loan portfolio.Purchase-to-Pay (P2P)The P2P team manages all invoices and their insertion in the system.Risk FrameworkImplementation of the Independent Price Verification (IPV) process, monitoring of data quality and governance of repositories, as well as calibration of the VaR (Value at Risk) Market and VaR CVA (Credit Value Adjustment).Risk MonitoringFundamental analysis of all the market risks carried by Natixis, while producing, analyzing and reporting all components of the accounting P&L and calculation of regulatory capital expenses for market and counterparty risks.SSI/CAAssesses the risks and performs required actions and controls to remediate and mitigate all kind of risks related to Information and System Security.FinanceTo monitor, process, manage, check and record all capital and operational expenditures, performing accounting and bank account reconciliations, for several locations.Master AgreementThe team is responsible for the drafting, negotiation and entering into financial services contracts.Additional InformationAt Natixis, we are committed to fostering a working environment where each and every one of our people is treated with dignity and respect and where every voice is heard.
