What are we looking for?As a Generative AI Developer, you will play a crucial role in the active development and deployment of new products based on generative AI technologies. You will be part of a forward-thinking team dedicated to exploring and harnessing the power of LLMs, including NLP, Retriever-Augmented Generation (RAGs), and advanced text processing techniques. This role demands a blend of creativity, technical expertise, and a deep understanding of AI to develop solutions that meet our high standards of innovation and functionality.
Responsibilities:Product Development: Actively participate in the design, development, and deployment of generative AI-based products. Translate complex requirements into scalable and effective AI solutions.Technical Expertise: Apply your proficiency in Python, NLP, RAGs, and text processing to develop high-quality code and algorithms. Optimize existing AI systems for performance, scalability, and reliability.Innovation and Research: Stay abreast of the latest developments in AI, LLMs, and related technologies. Explore new tools, techniques, and methodologies to enhance product capabilities and performance.Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, UX/UI designers, and other developers, to ensure the seamless integration of AI technologies into our products.Quality Assurance: Implement rigorous testing and evaluation frameworks to assess the performance of AI solutions. Ensure that products meet the highest standards of quality, reliability, and user satisfaction.Documentation: Create comprehensive documentation for developed AI products and their quality assessment, while supporting our requirements for medical device certification compliance.Who you are:Degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or a related field.3+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with a proven track record of developing and deploying AI systems.Proficiency in python for AI/ML development, including familiarity with development best practices.Experience with LLMs, their architecture, and application in AI projects.Experience in implementing Retrieval-Augmented Generation models to enhance AI solutions.Basic understanding of AI Ethics and Guardrails for responsible AI is a plus.Strong problem-solving abilities and a hands-on approach to technology experimentation.Collaborative mindset, with the eagerness to learn and grow within a fast-paced environment.Fluency in EnglishContactIf you have questions about careers at Tonic App or want to submit a spontaneous application, contact us by email:
