We are looking for a Transfer Pricing Specialist for Intangible transactions, who will work under the coordination of Transfer Pricing Leader for Intangible transactions and will oversee identifying intercompany transactions, setting the prices for these transactions, monitoring and adjusting the prices to achieve arm's length results at the year-end and then preparing documentation that reports the process and results.
The Transfer Pricing specialist understands global transfer pricing rules, particularly the OECD Guidelines.
We count on you to:
Perform financial and statistical analysis to set prices, monitor results of intercompany transactions and adjust prices to ensure arm's length resultsConduct interviews with Function representatives to gather focused insight into their roles and operationsApply complex financial models in the analysis of intercompany transactions for services, intellectual property and sales agency commissionsWrite transfer pricing documentationSupport on external audits (tax, statutory and other regulatory audits)Follow updates in transfer pricing legislation on a supranational and national level and implement these changes into everyday work
Education And Experience
University degree in Accounting, Tax, Economics or FinanceRelevant experience in TP matters
Skills And Behavioral Competencies
Knowledge of SAP and the Business WarehouseStrong ability to use Microsoft Word and Excel as well as Google toolsStrong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to conceptualizeStrong analytical, comprehension and problem-solving skills, ability to challenge and question colleaguesAttention to detail, ability to manage time and workflow, work on multiple assignments and manage rapidly changing assignments in a team environmentDemonstrated ability to focus on quality and desire to learn
