Job Overview and Responsibilities
In the role of Sourcing Channel and Reporting Lead, you will oversee, recommend, analyse and manage all online / off-line channels, both paid and unpaid across the regions. Reporting into the Head of Talent Acquisition Strategy.
The role requires excellent communication, with the ability to network extensively across the functions, with strong organisational skills, with a demonstrable history of understanding online recruitment media, to create dashboards that enable the TA team to fully optimise sourcing channels, using metrics and ROI. Working closely with procurement to build strong partner programs that demonstrate value from our third party suppliers.
Partner and closely collaborate with your TA employer brand lead, to ensure dashboard capture all aspects of our digital channels into one view, to gain further understanding of activities' success impacting engagement and talent attraction campaigns and models.
Key accountabilities:
Online job channel oversight, implementation, and maintenance - build, launch, monitor, maintain, and evaluate performance across regions and providers (e.g., LinkedIn recruiter, Job-Boards, Indeed, etc) and determine the priority for updating the channels.
Establishing best practices and process improvements through managing KPIs/OKRs.
Working with employer brand leaders, jointly establish key performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of employer branding initiatives that impact talent acquisition, to ensure strong ROI.
Provide recommendations around developing improved ROI initiatives using a data approach - analysing metrics and generating insights to inform decision-making.
Research and assess technology solutions that support digital channel planning, processes and data sources to improve our capabilities and effectiveness of the channels.
Maintain the TA dashboard / Luca Studio by either managing directly or via third party supplier, reviewing dashboard platform against SAP applications and integration.
Manage budgets for sourcing channels, on/off-line.
Manage and liaise with suppliers, ensuring quarterly and annual reviews of solutions.
Develop capabilities across the Talent Acquisition team in understanding digital channels, metrics and reading data points to ensure candidate pipelines.
Key stakeholders: Talent acquisition, business leaders, HR colleagues, procurement, employer brand and external partners.
Key performance indicators:
Development and maintenance of sourcing channel dashboards.
Demonstrate improvement in sourcing channels ROI through shared initiatives.
Management of third party suppliers.
Business and HR engagement.
Feedback from teams.
Experience and Skills
Skills, know-how and experience (must haves):
Proficiency in English language, verbal and written.
Experience of recruitment digital media and online job-boards, developing and analysing channels to market, to capture the most effective in-bound candidate audiences.
Experience in a global, multi-layer organisation or consulting role.
Experience with HR technologies is highly desired.
Able to effectively influence hiring managers and HR colleagues.
Must possess impeccable judgement, strong analytical skills and strong engagement capabilities, demonstrating a good understanding of recruiting methodologies and tools.
Knowledge of research tools, market trends, sourcing and search methodologies.
Capable of building multi-layered dashboards to support teams build great optimization of channels and tools.
