You will work closely with our project leaders as a change management expert and trusted advisor. Help build organizational change capabilities by delivering training to project teams.Communications Planning – Craft and implement dynamic communication plans that ensure stakeholders are well-informed, engaged and aligned with organizational changes.Stakeholder Engagement – Build stakeholder maps, perform impact analysis, maintain effective communication, demonstrate professionalism, and commit to exceeding expectations. Build and sustain strong relationships with project teams, senior leadership and key stakeholders.Problem Solving: Utilize advanced problem-solving techniques to transform complex information into clear, actionable insights. Develop innovative strategies that drive organizational change and foster continuous improvement.External Insight – Participate in communities of practice with Change Management and Communication professionals to share knowledge, best practices, and innovative approaches.Essential Requirements:Bachelor's DegreeProven track record of managing change initiatives of varying complexity and risk in a global organization
