We are looking for a highly skilled Project Manager to be responsible for overseeing and managing mid to large-scale projects from inception to completion including Demand and Change management. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and a proven track record of delivering projects on time, within scope, and within budget. The Project Manager will work closely with the GBS Services Lines and the Transformation team. The Project Manager will report to the GBS PMO Lead and will be part of the GBS Transformation and Service Excellence team.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Management:
Apply standard E2E approach in the transformation projects, to ensure the plan realization.
Formulate the E2E Transformation project plan, in accordance with the goals and timing, set by management; specifies the manning of the project, resources required, anticipated costs, risk assessment and quality standards to be used.
Develop business cases and control the project budget and project progress, evaluate all project initiatives as to feasibility, costs/benefits and added value, take corrective actions when necessary and generate adequate reporting.
Lead the E2E Transformation project, within the project budget and program strategy, in terms of quality, money, time, information and organization, monitoring progress and managing external resources.
Manage both internal and external stakeholders effectively. Communicate project status, risks, and issues effectively and manage expectations.
Demand Management:
Responsible for understanding, anticipating and influencing customer demand for services.
Work with capacity management to ensure that the service provider has sufficient capacity to meet the required demand.
Responsible for the successful completion of all Demand-related tasks.
Change Management:
Develop and implement change management strategies and plans to support global transformation initiatives led by Global Business Services, including technology implementations, process improvements, and organizational restructuring.
Partner with GBS leaders to assess change impacts, develop change management plans, and execute change management activities to drive adoption and minimize resistance across diverse global stakeholders.
Create and deliver comprehensive communication plans and materials to effectively communicate change initiatives, progress, and impact to employees, leaders, and external partners.
Monitor and measure the effectiveness of change management initiatives, collecting feedback and data to assess adoption rates, identify areas for improvement, and make recommendations for future initiatives.
Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree in project management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
A master's degree or PMP certification is preferred.
Proven experience of minimum 7-10 years of progressive work experience in mid to large scale projects.
Scrum Master certified (Desirable).
Technical expertise in areas within GBS preferred.

Financial acumen and experience managing project budgets.
Proactive with a high level of initiative and autonomy in the day-to-day organization.
Nice-to-have skills
Jira tool knowledge (preferable)
Must-have language skills
Fluent in English (both written & spoken)
Additional Information
Ability to travel, domestic or international, as required.
