This position is reporting to the Management Accounting Finance Data and reporting manager.

As Management Accounting Data expert, you will be responsible for:

Designing, improving, and maintaining procedures, documentation and tools related to the financial data area.

Leading and/or contributing to group strategic projects including M&A in the financial data domain.

Manage changes of Syensqo organization structure in ERP.

Designing and supporting the detection of inconsistencies in master data and launch improvement actions (technical, organizational).

Providing training, guidance, and support to the Finance service line and the Controlling family.

Education and Experience

Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience in an accounting or controlling position.

Skills and Behavioral Competencies

Ability to use software and IT systems specific to the finance domain (SAP, BW), but also collaborative tools (Google).

Expert in SAP - CO & FI modules.

Demonstrated ability to interface with customers, flexibility, agility, solution provider mindset & collaboration.

Strong communication skills.

Project management experience is a plus.

Language Skills

Excellent communication skills in English.

Ability to speak the local language is a plus.
