Join us in one of our 3 service centers: Lisbon, Curitiba, and Bangkok, be part of this transformation journey from the start. Our accounting team is integrated in the GBS area Service Line. As a Team Leader you will lead and develop a team of between 7 to 12 people responsible for the financial closure for the legal entities under your scope: Act as facilitator and an interface with other contributors and stakeholders of the financial Closing process and other General Ledger country and local operations Contribute to reach high level quality of service and identify opportunities and deploy initiatives to streamline closing process and ensure data quality Interact with other Accounting platform team leaders and contribute to overall standardization, efficiency ambition and ensure compliance Key Responsibilities of a Team Leader Manage the team & staff Set priorities and/or plan work for a weekly or daily schedule Ensure that team output is in line with applicable delivery indicators, quality, deadlines, cost and work in line with group standards (e.G
