Gaming Support Representative - French Speaker

The Gaming Support Representative will provide support to a huge MMORPG player base.In this role, you'll be helping with in-game questions, item restoration, and any account or billing difficulties. You will be reading logs to understand what has happened in-game. Take the necessary steps to provide the best solution possible based on that research and critical thinking. Also, you'll need some technical knowledge.What you'll do:As a Gaming Support Representative, you'll resolve and answer contacts from the players; Read and understand logsfor item restorations; Use all resources at hand to provide the most epic gaming support experience; Collaborate closely withspecialized points of contact of the Player Support team to achieve the best outcome; Manage account and bill related issues; Pro-actively involved inthe most recent updates regarding this specific gaming industry.What you'll need:Fluency in French (written and spoken); Fluency in English – B2 level (mandatory); High school diploma (or equivalent); A passion for the onlineGaming Industry (MMORPG); Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Team player with strong problem-solving and conflict management skills; Creative and out-of-the-box thinking; Eager to do deep research to resolve any given issue; Critical thinking when presented with a yes/no decision; Experience with different PC game Launchers and online Gaming (Game console knowledge is a plus); Positive attitude towards challenges and day-to-day changes.Teleperformance Portugal is one of the 25 best companies to work for in Europe, as recognized by Great Place to Work Institute.
