Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Gaming Supervisor to join our team at TC's Bar & Gaming Lounge. The Gaming Supervisor will oversee the lively sports bar at Sofitel Gold Coast Broadbeach, which provides guests with a full service bar, superb dining menu, all the sporting action and entertainment for gaming enthusiasts.
Your Opportunity: Supervise and manage the day-to-day operations of the bar and gaming area.Provide excellent customer service to patrons, addressing any concerns or inquiries promptly and professionally.Ensure compliance with all relevant gaming regulations and company policies.Train and support team members to uphold high standards of performance and service delivery.Maintain accurate records of gaming transactions, payouts, and machine maintenance.Collaborate with management to develop and implement strategies to enhance the gaming experience and drive revenue growth. Qualifications
Skills and Experience: Previous experience in a gaming or hospitality environment, with a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.Strong understanding of gaming regulations and compliance requirements.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with patrons and staff.Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
