For which tasks (responsibilities)? Lead the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a seamless experience.
Schedule and conduct recruiting and technical interviews, assessing candidate suitability.
Oversee onboarding and start day arrangements for new hires.
Utilize networks, referrals, and job sites to attract top talent, focusing on technical expertise and modern tech.
Prepare offer documentation and provide constructive feedback.
Work with engineering leadership to align hiring efforts with team needs.
Foster relationships with current and future candidates to build talent pipelines.
What kind of professional are we looking for? At least 1.5 years of experience in IT/GameDev recruitment.
English proficiency at B2 level.
Proficiency in full recruitment cycle and Boolean search techniques.
Strong analytical skills for resume review and candidate selection.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Team-oriented mindset and effective time management skills.
Knowledge of direct search/headhunting techniques and recruiting/sourcing tools.
WILL BE A PLUS Experience in recruiting and attracting candidates from the U.S., Europe, and Asia.
