For which tasks (responsibilities)? Develop project roadmap: plan development stages, set priorities, and ensure deadlines are met.
Define KPIs : Develop key performance indicators for various departments (game design, development, marketing, etc.) and track their achievement.
Conduct interviews and hire employees : participate in recruiting new team members, conduct interviews, and evaluate candidates.
Work closely with game designers: collaborate closely with the game design team to develop new features and enhance gameplay.
Analyze data and feedback from players: work with product reports, analyze player behavior and feedback to identify needs and improve the game.
Ability to interpret data and propose targeted hypotheses for A/B testing. Game publishing: organize and lead the process of publishing the game on Google Play, ensuring all platform requirements are met.
