Responsibilities:Be responsible for the Play Fair (anti-cheating) team and liaise with a wide group of people from developers to legal team on latest trends on cheaters activity.Provide leadership and guidance to the Play Fair team by setting clear objectives, direction, prioritizing tasks and maintaining well-defined schedules and milestones.Support the teams to help them achieve their best through reports, facilitating meetings, negotiating resources, gathering requirements, providing insights from the community, and researching possible solutions.Anticipate and mitigate risks involved with the maintenance of existing and new Play Fair protections.Proactively monitor the health of Play Fair protections in the live environment and respond to make decisions in a timely manner, including finding out and trying new and existing cheats and investigating the web for information.Define and execute the best approaches to reliably test Fair Play protections.Perform advanced mobile Operating System actions, such as rooting an Android/iOS device, setting up and installing hooking apps, and using terminal commands like adb to gather detailed information for developers to debug possible issues.Work together with the team to set up and maintain a set of devices to test Fair Play protections (e.g., 32-bit, rooted compatibility and App hooking protection).Constantly sync with the Cyber Security team to understand and follow the best security practices to test cheating tools.What are we looking for?We are looking for a social, humble, hard-working, and autonomous person. The ideal candidate must present the following:
2+ years of experience in video game production or project management roles.Understanding of development processes and pipelines, having successfully run a project with cross-functional teams.Ability to take ownership of decisions and provide leadership with strategic thinking and problem anticipation.Highly detail-oriented with strong adaptability and problem-solving skills.Effective verbal and written communication skills, able to adapt communication style to suit different audiences.Natural curiosity and proactivity towards the investigation of cheating/hacking topics.BA or BSc degree or equivalent.The following skills are desirable but not essential (if you have them, don't forget to mention them):
