What are you working on? The name of the project(s): Shadow Fight 4: Arena Genres: Action, Role-playing, Arcade, Fighting Platforms: PC, Mobile, iOS, Android For which tasks (responsibilities)? Come up with a detailed game design of features according to the projects requirements.
Calculate the balance for new features, and if necessary, adjust the balance of existing features.
Prepare game design documentation.
Oversee the production of features from the point of concept to production.
Collaborate with analytics team: track your work performance based on presented data, and look for opportunities to improve the game and its balance.
Prepare different variants of the economy's balance for AB testing.
Keep the economy of the game in a healthy state to solve product needs (for example in one instance create a smooth progression and in the other a sense of deficit).
What kind of professional are we looking for? Experience working as a meta game designer on at least one game that has reached its release or even better - had commercial success.
Experience writing game design documentation.
Appreciation of games including mobile ones and a habit of constantly playing mobile games and enlarging your base of references.
Confident knowledge of mathematics at a level sufficient to calculate balance.
Accuracy in calculations and the ability to self-check for possible mistakes.
