Note: This position is office-based in Manila, Philippines, full relocation support is provided for non-locals.
Key Responsibilities Provide extraordinary service aligned with the company's culture and values.
Significantly increase regional client deposits through phone and emails.
Ensure that all necessary verification documents are collected.
Document all communications with customers in the CRM.
Serve as an ambassador for the company's vision and products.
Essential Qualifications Native Spanish speaker with professional fluency in English and Portuguese Experience in the foreign exchange (FX) industry as a conversion or retention agent Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with strong teamwork and multitasking abilities Strong sales orientation Service-oriented attitude and sales background Bachelor's degree in Finance from a well-known institution Knowledge of social networking platforms Customer service/relationship management and CRM experience Energetic demeanor and ability to self-manage time and prioritize tasks Target-oriented mindset with a can-do attitude and excellent learning capabilities.
