For which tasks (responsibilities)? Design and configure visual effects in the World of Warship's proprietary editor
Create textures and optimize VFX
Resolve all related technical and creative issues, both within the team and with related teams
What kind of professional are we looking for? Experience in working with particle systems
Experience in working with game engines
Understanding of basic physics principles, knowledge of the general principles of dynamics, pyrotechnics, and creation of FX, such as fire, magic, smoke, gunfire, water, steam, explosions, dust, etc.
Experience with Adobe Photoshop and Substance Designer
Experience with Houdini FX, Embergen or similar software for simulating fire/fluids
What is important for us in a person? Experience with 3D modeling instruments such as Blender, Maya
Shader development
Artistic taste
Experience in creating weather and lighting for games
Interest in computer games
