Location: Lisbon
Responsibilities: Identify bugs and connection errors
Profile: Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field
+ 1 year of experience as Support Consultant or other relevant experience
Experience with Jira will be a plus
Driven to teamwork
Good analytical skills
Fluency in English is mandatory
Hybrid work in the office in Lisbon (2/3x per week)
