To strengthen their team, they look for a Functional Safety Engineer in Belgium. Descrição * Reports directly to the Corporate EHS Director for EMEAA* Implementation of Functional Safety Management System (FSMS) accross EMEA Countries * Realisation of audits and ensure the compliance of FSMS* Risks & accident analysis in an industrial environment (Seveso, Atex,…) * Define root cause analysis and put in place improvement plans * Ensure annual reviews and maintenance of piping and instrumentation diagrams (P&IDs)* Initiate and manage improvement plans (CAPA) with local teams* Manage of Suppliers and relations with notified bodies, authorities, and service providers* Teach, train, coach, and mentor site and maintenance team Perfil idealBachelor or Master Diploma in EngineeringCertification in Functional Safety is a strong assetProficient in performing Risk Assessments and Process Hazard Analyses (PHA)Fluent in English (French or Dutch is a plus)Experience in an industrial environmentAnalytic skills and good communication skills VantagensPermanent contractOpportunity to evolve in an international organisation An attractive salary package with additional fringe benefits (car, insurances, bonus, meal vouchers...)
