The Expected Outcomes
Client Success: Develop a thorough understanding of stakeholders' needs and translate these into detailed business and functional requirements, directly contributing to client satisfaction.
Impactful Solutions: Participate in solution design exercises, bridging client needs with technical requirements for the delivery teams. Perform declarative configuration and administration tasks within the CRM (Salesforce), ensuring solutions are aligned with client expectations.
Service Leadership: Act as the lead consultant in managed services initiatives, overseeing client CRM support and administration, and ensuring continuous alignment with evolving client needs.
Pre-sales Support: Provide valuable business insights and analysis, supporting proposal development and client presentations.
MAIN COMPETENCIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate these into clear and actionable business and functional requirements.
Document business processes and assist in developing and implementing solutions that enhance operational efficiency.
Participate in solution design exercises, acting as a bridge between client requirements and technical specifications.
Perform declarative configuration and administration within the CRM (Salesforce) to ensure solutions meet client requirements.
Take on a lead consulting role in managed services projects, managing client CRM support and adapting solutions to changing requirements.
Support project managers and technical teams in aligning solutions with business objectives and ensuring they add value.
Provide insights during the pre-sales phase, contributing to proposals and client presentations.
Maintain detailed, organized documentation for all analysis and project-related activities.
REQUIREMENTS
Mandatory
Demonstrated experience in Salesforce functional consulting for social impact organisations (= 2 years).
Proven ability to translate business needs into clear functional requirements.
Strong communication skills to interact effectively with stakeholders and technical teams.
Proficiency in documenting business processes and supporting solution implementation.
High attention to detail and an ability to maintain organized, accurate documentation.
Proficiency in English and Portuguese (= C1).
Availability to work in Lisbon time zone (GMT).
Availability to travel to a few team gatherings (1 to 2) or client initiatives (as project's kickoff or training).
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
Experience in the social impact sector or with non-profit organizations.
Previous experience in a lead role for technical initiatives.
Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Confluence, Jira).
Experience with proposal development in consulting.
CONTRACT AND LOCATION
This is a full-time, permanent position. The role is remote, with occasional in-person meetings when required.
SALARY AND BENEFITS
Base salary based on experience ( 1800€ – 2500€ )
Annual bonus tied to company performance.
Permanent, full-time contract.
Remote work (offices available in Portugal if you prefer).
