You will support and execute change plans, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and track progress to ensure smooth transitions and adoption of changes.ResponsibilitiesSupport the development and execution of change management plans, ensuring alignment with project objectives and timelinesCoordinate communication and training activities to facilitate the adoption of changes by stakeholdersCollaborate with cross-functional teams to identify change impacts and develop mitigation strategiesFunctional change activities such as Change impact analysisMonitor and track progress of change initiatives, identify risks and issues, and propose solutionsRequirementsMinimum of 3 years of experience in change management or project coordination, preferably in a large-scale transformation projectStrong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and best practicesExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organizationDetail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skillsAbility to work effectively in a collaborative, cross-functional team environmentProficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office SuiteFluency in English is mandatory, additional languages preferred#J-18808-Ljbffr
