We are looking for our next Functional Analyst:
Responsibilities:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration, or related;Previous experience in business analysis, functional analysis, or related areas;Ability to understand and document business and functional requirements;Knowledge of software development methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Scrum);Familiarity with project management and documentation tools (JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Project);Experience with business process analysis and modeling;Knowledge of SQL and ability to perform queries to extract and analyze data;Understanding of ERP, CRM, and other enterprise platforms;Ability to translate technical requirements into understandable language for non-technical stakeholders;Attention to detail and ability to work accurately;Knowledge of analysis and documentation tools such as UML, BPMN, or other process modeling tools;Experience with data analysis and reporting tools, such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar;Specific industry knowledge relevant to the company's sector (finance, healthcare, telecommunications, etc.) is highly valued;We prioritize:
