Your impact in the roleWork with Developers, Interactive Designers and Product Managers to establish project timelinesProactively identify, prioritize and resolve issues as they arise while working within a teamEnsure a balance between team progress & technical debt, while mitigating any project riskParticipate in client meetings and translate their needs into technical requirementsWork with designers to implement designs and user interfacesWork with continuous integration / continuous delivery tools to automate application testing and deploymentGenerate and maintain detailed documentationRemain up to date with new development trends and technologies, and contribute to company-wide technology decisionsWhat matters the most for this role4+ years of experience with Ruby on Rails2+ years of experience with Vue.js (If no, solid experience with React.js and a desire to switch to Vue.js)Database proficiency with PostgreSQL & RedisAbility to troubleshoot & maintain and refactor legacy codeBe Detailed Oriented & a Self-StarterMotivated with a Positive AttitudeAre you still not sure this is the place for you?Check what is like to work at The Loop co.
