Stay informed about industry trends and incorporate best practices in development.
What kind of professional are we looking for?
7+ years of commercial experience in Backend development.
5+ years of commercial experience with Rust.
3+ years of commercial experience with web technologies.
Deep understanding of both SQL and NoSQL database technologies (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis).
Skills in database design, query optimization, and understanding of transactional mechanisms.
Experience in implementing security measures such as OAuth, JWT, and data encryption.
Understanding of cloud technologies and Kubernetes.
Experience in the implementation of architectures from scratch.
Exceptional problem-solving skills with a collaborative mindset.
Fluency in English, with excellent communication skills (B2+ level).
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in gamedev.
Experience working with AWS.
Basic understanding of DevOps principles and practices.
Experience managing a small team (3-4 developers).
