Headquarters of the Nearshore IT center, Alter Solutions Portugal has a dedicated team of around 30 specialized professionals, integrated into projects with several internationally renowned clients.Responsibilities:Coordinates the local development team, acting as a proxy manager for the onshore management.Work with the team to estimate the tasks to be carried out, identify blocking points, report alerts and KPIs such as task progress.Ensures that commitments are followed in terms of scope, budget, and planning during the product development phase.Ensures that the documentation is updated, participates in the updating/creation of architectural documents to present them to the Tech Leader and/or the CTO.Performs code reviews with the team before submitting to the onshore Tech Leader.Technical Skills:Frontend framework: AngularBackend framework: Spring Boot, CamelBuild tools: Maven, Git (Bitbucket), Sonar, NexusIDE: Eclipse or IntelliJMiddleware: Active MQ, KafkaLog: Log4JWebservice: API REST (JSON), SOAPUnit tests: JUnit and MockitoTicketing: JIRALanguage Requirements:Fluent in English and French (mandatory).
