Full-stack (Java, Angular) Tech Lead, FR/EN (C1) Alter Solutions Portugal is an IT Consultancy Company, promoter of Digital Transformation, part of the Alter Solutions Group, created in 2006, in Paris.
In Portugal, we partner with over 120 clients and a team of over 500 people, working in projects for industries as diverse as banking, insurance, transportation, aviation, energy, and telecom.
Headquarters of the Nearshore IT center, Alter Solutions Portugal has a dedicated team of around 30 specialized professionals, integrated into projects with several internationally renowned clients.
Responsibilities: Coordinates the local development team, acting as a proxy manager for the onshore management.
Work with the team to estimate the tasks to be carried out, identify blocking points, report alerts and KPIs like task progress.
Ensures that commitments are followed in terms of scope, budget, and planning during the product development phase.
Ensures that the documentation is updated, participates in the updating/creation of architectural documents to present them to the Tech Leader and/or the CTO.
Performs the code review with the team before submitting it to the onshore Tech Leader.
Technical Requirements: Frontend framework: Angular.
Backend framework: Spring Boot, Camel.
Build tool: Maven, Git (Bitbucket), Sonar, Nexus.
IDE: Eclipse or IntelliJ.
Middleware: Active MQ, Kafka.
Log: Log4J.
Webservice: API REST (JSON), SOAP.
Unit tests: JUnit and Mockito.
Ticketing: JIRA.
Language Requirements: Fluent in English and French (mandatory).
