.Meet our Team Customer Experience is at the heart of everything we do in the Global Supply Chain Group. Each decision we take, and each action we take should all benefit the Customer Experience. We aim to empower people to stay one step ahead in life and business. If you want to work at a place with lots of freedom to innovate, where we are committed to delivering stable and secure services to end users, and where we have a 'no-nonsense' getting-things done mentality, please read on! Our passion is to work with the latest and greatest technologies that make working with large amounts of Supply Chain data easy. You are proactive in keeping yourself up to date and are always searching for new ways to discover new technologies. We also enjoy laying the architectural foundations for the things you are working on. We combine both thinking of the future and a hands-on, right-now attitude. You will work in a team with highly skilled people and enjoy a creative atmosphere where trying things out is encouraged. The Role This is a highly cross-functional role. Your work will span long- and short-range demand planning, supply planning, transportation, inventory, orders, and fulfilment for B2B, as well as the automation of important metrics that monitor our business, all to improve the customer experience. Without your work, data sits idle and useless in a Database or even worse: in Excel sheets. You are the one combining these sources in real-time, distributed systems to handle large amounts of data loads in no time. Data analysts, business users, and Supply Chain Professionals are continuously praising you. That is when you wake up to go to work. You can sit with team members to find the best way to get models to run in production, leading the way in how to aggregate the data and process it efficiently for each model. You talk to the business to ingest new sources, cleaning and preparing the data and writing the code that connects it to your application. You think of new ideas you would like to try out. You start investigating and write it up for the next experimentation day. You will ask for feedback from colleagues on your latest ideas.
