We are hiring a Tech Lead to our Yoga team in Portugal!
Our design system team, Yoga Team, comprises one designer and three front-end developers. The team is undergoing significant focus and investment to enhance operational efficiency and directly influence the company's OKRs (Objectives and Key Results). As a central hub, the team receives demands from all squads within the product area.
As a Frontend Software Engineering Manager , you are a passionate developer who is driven by getting things done in high quality and timely. You will have plenty of opportunities to take part in architectural decisions, suggest improvements, and interact with the product team and other business stakeholders in a highly collaborative, agile environment. Maintain and improve our native and web Design System; Help to define the architecture of systems and integrations, bring innovation to the table, and make sure design docs are up to date; Ensure successful deliveries, and promote the long-term technical health of our journeys; Ensure a high bar on code quality standards, making sure devs are proud of their work; Spread development best practices such as code reviews, pair programming, TDD, etc.; Build reusable code for future use; Take part in incident resolution and troubleshooting in the production; Live the mission: inspire and empower others by genuinely caring for your own wellbeing and your colleagues. Main requirements WHO YOU ARE
Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent professional experience; Strong experience building and designing high-scalable solutions; Experience with ReactJS/ React Native and Typescript ecosystem; You have experience working with modern agile product development teams; Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills; You have well developed communication skills, you are capable of clearly articulate ideas when communicate to groups; Advanced English skills and can clearly articulate ideas when speaking to groups in English.
