We are looking for a Frontend Software Engineer for an interesting remote project in Portugal.
Functions - Taking responsibility of the software delivery by ensuring quality and scope expectations are met - Taking responsibility of the software delivery by ensuring quality and scope expectations are met; - Developing user stories working solo or pairing with a colleague - Discussing functional and technical solutions with the different stakeholders in the business, UX designers, architecture, and engineering managers to ensure US are refined and understood at the correct level - Write the automated testing required to ensure your stories meet the criteria to be considered "Done" - Ensuring delivered solutions are developed under DevOps practices and latest technology trends - Keeping the solutions delivered running healthy in production minimising incidents and maximising quality of service - A software engineer who takes pride in their craftsmanship and in the results that they deliver Requirements - Git (GitLab, GitHub), Jenkins (Pipeline, Groovy, testing & quality integrations), Docker (Harbor repositories, Sonar, Fix dependency vulnerabilities).
- Expert in Angular, Bash (Shell scriptoing), HTML/CSS, Javascript, Typescript - Excellent working knowledge of both SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Experience working and integrating with RESTful API under Microservices Architecture - OpenShift / Kubernates (oc/kubectl, Networking (Routes, HAProxy), Pods lifecycle, Autoscaling, security based practices) - Nº years of experience 5+ years - Bachelor degree in Computer Science / Information Technology or a related field, or substantial practical experience of software delivery at an advanced level.
