Frontend Lead-Senior/Telecommunication Company

We are currently looking for Frontend Lead-Senior:
Requirements:

Proficiency in: ReactJS, Next.js, TypeScript, Jest, Storybook and AWS services including CloudFront
Over 8 years of relevant experience
Demonstrated track record in building and maintaining commercial production systems
Previous experience in Agile methodologies, ideally utilizing SAFe, within a DevOps framework, CI/CD
Experience collaborating in highly distributed teams
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong system-level understanding with problem-solving and analytical mindset
Senior-level expertise including prior experience leading Scrum teams, potentially in a dual role as Scrum Master

Methodologies and Practices:

Prior experience working in Agile, ideally using SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework), in a DevOps structure
Experience with CI/CD (Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment)
Experience working in highly distributed teams
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to lead a scrum team, potentially assuming a dual role as a scrum master
Good system-level understanding
Strong problem-solving skills
Analytical mindset

Location will be Lisbon, Braga or Coimbra and the working model will be hybrid, with 2 days at the office.
